Important Points

• The Group size in this trip would be between 10 to 18
• Book your flights to cochin Airpot / station before 11:00 A.m
• Book your flights from Trivendrum airport after 2:00 p.m onwards . We will drop you at the Trivendrum airport by 11:00 P.m  .
• Before making any flight reservations, we ask that you check in with your Tour Manager. There is the option of a One-Time Group Pickup & Drop off (travelers will be required to patiently wait for other passengers to arrive).
• The Food Preparation and Raw material of cooking indian food in Kerala may be differ from what we are being served in North India hence be ready to have some different taste of food which you have been eating forever
• You are going to be responsible for taking care of your own stuff, including your clothing and electronics.
• carry your Adhar card / Voter Id card durng travel . Some time hotel required at the time of Checkin
• For this trip all Normal fitness people can join . If you are taking any medication , please ask our team about the desiese before book for the trip.
• Carry sufficient cash during the trip . Don't depend on online payment methods 
• Entry tickets in Kerala is directly payable by Guest  so that it's up to you to decide if you do not want to visit any place so you need not to pay entry charges . 
• Tipping the Driver, as well as the Guide, is Required. On the last day of the tour, everyone will make their payment together .
• If you have any issue to get click pics in the group , you can inform in advance to our tour leader . company has right to use pictures to post on there facebook page / Instagram or any other platform

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel before 60 Days of Departure 40% of Total Trip Cost per Person 
• Cancel before 30 Day of Departure 65% of Total Trip Cost per Person 
• Cancel before 15 Day of Departure 80% of Total Trip Cost per Person
• NO Refund between 15 days to dates of departure cancellation

• Bank charges for payment transfers. Card payment charges are higher than wire transfer.
• Any alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages taken from the hotels/restaurants.
• Personal expenses or shopping, phone calls, use business center in the hotels etc.
• Gratuities to guides and drivers.
• Any Activities charges during trip which is not included in the inclusions
• Anything which is not mentioned under inclusion are not included in the cost.
