● Reach Bagdogra International Airport/ New Jalpaiguri Railway Station in the morning
● From here a representative will help you get transferred to Phuentsholing
● In the evening you’ll be free to explore the quaint little town and its natural wonders at your own leisure.
● Later, return to your hotel and have a delicious dinner.

● While entering Bhutan through Phuentsholing Gate, entry and route permits will be processed at Phuentsholing Immigration Office, After immigration which will take around 1 hours as per the time, Travel to Thimphu which is 170 kms which will take approximately 4 o 5 hr

● After breakfast, we will drive towards the Dochula Pass, 16 kilometers, 40 minutes drive through the winding road, amidst the forest of Pines and Juniper and the lovely view as we ascend slowly towards DochuLa Pass
● The Dochula Pass at an altitude of about 3100 m is the place where this memorial is built. Set amidst the fluttering prayer flags, it is a visitor’s delight to spend some time here
● The 108 beautiful Chortens is built by Her Majesty Ashi Dorji Wangmo Wangchuck. From this pass, on a clear day, you can have a superb view of the highest peaks
● We will spend our time here, taking a stroll in between these 108 chortens, breathing in the fresh air, admiring the mountain ranges and getting lost in nature
● After this wonderful visit, we will take the downhill drive towards Punakha
● On reaching Punakha it is time to take a beautiful hike on the paddy fields towards ChimiLhakhang, the temple of the Devine Mad Man called DrukpaKuenley. ChimiLhakhang, Famously known as the temple of fertility We can take a picturized and leisurely walk through the paddy field, no steep climb here, just easy walk in the paddy field. The return journey takes about an hour and a half or two
● After your lunch, drive to Punakha, we will visit Punakha Dzong, the most beautiful Dzong in Bhutan built in 1637 by Shabdrung, the spiritual and temporal ruler of Bhutan prior to the present dynasty. It is an old capital, which still serves as the winter residence of the monk body. The first King, UgyenWangchuck, was crowned here in 1907. It is now the winter residence of the Central Monastic Community and administrative headquarters of Punakha district.
● Next we will see one of the longest suspension bridge in Bhutan, spanning 350m and perched high above the very swift river of Po Chhu. Draped with prayer flags, the bridge connects the town of Punakha and the PunakhaDzong, mainly used by locals from the other side of the town as a shortcut to PunakhaDzong.

Additional Info

  • The Group size in this trip would be between 6 to 16 pax 
  • Book your flights to Bagdogra airport landing before 1:00 P.M
  • Book your flights from Bagdogra airport on the last day after 3:00 p.m onwards . We will drop you at the Bagdogra airport by 1:00 P.m  .
  • Before making any flight reservations, we ask that you check in with your Tour Manager. There is the option of a One-Time Group Pickup & Drop off from the Bagdogra Airport (travelers will be required to patiently wait for other passengers to arrive).
  • The Food Preparation and Raw material of cooking indian food in Bhutan is differ from what we are being served in India hence be ready to have some different taste of food which you have been eating forever
  • You are going to be responsible for taking care of your own stuff, including your clothing and electronics.
  • To get an Entry Permit, you will need a valid form of identification such as a passport or voter card, in addition to two pictures that are the appropriate size for a passport. Because of this, you are required to provide either the original of your voter identification card or your passport. In the event of a kid, it is necessary to carry both a birth certificate and a school identification card at all times. 
  • The cost of the trip is only valid for Indian Nationals . It's your responsibility to disclose the same during booking . If you are not able to provide  the documents after booking we would not be able to serve you and the amount given for the booking would be forfeited as per the policy 
  • For this trip all Normal fitness people can join . If you are taking any medication don't forget to carry your medicines along .
  • Carry sufficient cash during the trip . Don't depend on online payment methods 
  • Travel Insurance is Mandatory during travel in Bhutan . You can do it or we can do it for you .
  • The time in Bhutan is referred to as Bhutan Standard Time (BST),which is  fifty-five minutes ahead of Indian Standard Time (IST).
  • Entry tickets in Bhutan are slightly higher compared to Indian tourist places . and this is directly payable by Guest  so that it's up to you to decide if you do not want to visit any place so you need not to pay entry charges .
  • You can buy a local sim at Phuntsholing , which is issued after seeing your permit copy and the cost of local sim and data is quite reasonable side too 
  • Indian currency is accepted in Bhutan . Although you can carry Bhutan currency (Bhutanese Ngultrum ) too .. 
  • Tipping the Driver, as well as the Guide is Required. On the last day of the tour, everyone will make their payment together .
  • WSTG ( Women solo Traveler Group ) India retains the right to capture images or videos of participants and can use the pics on there social media platform . Any objections should be submitted in writing prior to the beginning of any excursion, trip, or trek with our company.
