• ladies  from All Across India Mumbai, Pune, Surat, Ahmedabad ,Banglore , delhi  can Book the flights till Srinagar .
• If Airport pick up time is different by group pickup in any case you are not getting the same timing flight then Exclusive pickup or drop can be arranged on the charges 700 rs extra .Or you are advised to arrive 1 day prior from the trip starting date  .This thing you can coordinate at the time of flight booking 
• Book any flight till 11  A.M arrival at srinagar on Day 01 and on Day 06 book any flight after 11.00 am from srinagar
• Our Cab Driver and coordinator will meet you at srinagar airport by 11:00 A.m with WSTG Playcard / Banner .
• Before 5 days of the Trip , One zoom meeting will be taken of all participants 
• WSTG Kashmir Tulip Whatsapp group will be formed 5 Days before trip to provide all Important Information regarding trip 
• Packing list details will be shared to all participants 20 days before the trip . Accordingly you can make the packings 
• Booking for this batch will be on a first come first serve basis.
• Gulmarg and Pahalgam have very limited choice of hotels and very limited facilities and resources so please don't compare hotels with metro cities . Main purpose to enjoy the natural and scenic beauty which is kept in mind while booking the hotels 
•  You are going to be responsible for taking care of your own stuff, including your clothing and electronics. 
• Carry sufficient cash during the trip . Don't depend on online payment methods . 
• WSTG ( Women solo Traveler Group ) India retains the right to capture images or videos of participants and make use of them in any way they see fit for the purposes of marketing or promotion. Any objections should be submitted in writing prior to the beginning of any excursion, trip, or trek with our company. \
• All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being. 
• We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults,Natural calamities or any other causes beyond our control.

● Air, Train or Bus fare from / to your originating city .

●  Any additional food and lunch other than the specified.

●  Any additional sightseeing other than the fixed program.

●  Item of personal nature- tips, laundry, room service, telephone, alcoholic or non alcoholic Beverages

●   pony / horse rides, safaris, rafting, skiing, skating, cable car / ropeway rides helicopter rides, additional sightseeing tours excursions not included in the  itinerary, still or video camera fees etc
